Having to fight with the company's resources to get actual information regarding properties is highly unprofessional. I live out of state and the last thing I want to do is look for a place to possibly purchase and share my email and phone number CONSTANTLY just to find something. By the time I am available for the phone (a convenient means of communication), this business is unavailable to help.

Worst experience. Our realtor was new with the company I believe and realty is very busy right now but our service was unacceptable. We were buying and not contingent on selling, our financing was in order but our realtor still had to push closing back 3 times totaling over 3 weeks because they were not on the ball getting their paperwork and information in order. There was a problem with the parcel number and after waiting weeks I was the one who finally called all the right places to get it after hours of chasing down who wpuld have such information. It sometimes took days to get a reply and

I have sold two houses and bought one with Farlow Reality. Jeremy was able to sell my homes quickly, for top dollar. I specifically like that he does not represent as a dual agent and he is working for my best interest when under contract to buy or sell.
