Thomas Orthodontics did an admirable job of working with me on a prospective long-term dental procedure. I had a thousand questions and they patiently answered everything until I was satisfied (both as it pertained to the procedure and the financial aspect).
In the end, the procedure I desired wasn't feasible as I saw fit (due to the way my teeth were aligned). Dr. Thomas put a lot of time and effort into my case but I appreciated that he was honest and forthright with me, unwilling to push ahead for the sake of cashing in. I tip my cap to Thomas and his support staff, all of whom couldn't have

I've been a patient for just over a year and my experience has always been 5 stars. I'm always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff, and I'm in and out because my appointment is always on time as scheduled. I make my appointments for my lunch hour from work, so this is very appreciated! I call if I have any questions about my braces, and the staff always goes above and beyond explaining any concerns I have with my treatment and brackets. I have recommended Dr. Thomas to all of my friends and family. It took years to make the commitment and I couldn't be more pleased with my smile and experience

Dr. Nathan Thomas & his entire staff are awesome! I was referred to this office by another orthodontist because my adult braces case is not the average, it's much more complicated. So that alone made me even more nervous walking into his office. As soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me, my dental hygienist, Paige, was very sweet & made me feel comfortable, & Dr. Thomas was very kind, knowledgeable & sympathetic. I'm very happy that I will be going through my braces journey with these professionals. If anyone is looking for an Orthodontist office that makes you feel at home, no worries

We had seen two other orthodontist, and they told us my daughter needed $3800.00 to pull a tooth down that wouldn't come in. The first two orthodontist didn't even really exam her. They looked at the X-ray films, and then told us what she needed. Her tooth was flat in the roof of her mouth with a slight downward tilt. They didn't give any other alternative. That's when a friend told us about Dr. Thomas. My daughter is very shy, and Dr. Thomas made her feel very comfortable.
