Ended up paying couple hundred dollars for glasses that do not fit. First prescription was wrong so had to remake my first pair. After wearing for a month and trying different adjustments the frames did not fit so I wanted to try different frames....can't because insurance only covers 1 remake and getting my script wrong to start (not my fault) counts as a remake. Do yourself a favor, find out your prescription and buy your glasses online!

Sad!! When I transfered our entire family to this clinic I thought it was a good move, locally owned and operated check, nice physician check, but ...then 1 year in to my contact lense prescription when I tried to order another year of contacts they told me it was expired! I have been wearing contacts since I was 20, worked in the field and not one physician only does yearly prescriptions they are two years 😐 per Washington state law and per the numerous other physicians I have had converstions with ..Numerous hours waisted on the phone, requesting records, re requesting records, talking with

Recently moved to Walla Walla and had the misfortune of selecting Nielson Eye Care. I had an appointment in June 2018 and had an eye exam, contact lens fitting (paid for 2yr contract, as they required) and ordered a pair of prescription glasses. I needed to file an insurance claim for replacement of my glasses, as they had been lost by the airlines during a recent trip. I had to call them about the charges, as their receipt was unreadable. The copy of the receipt they produced the second time was also unreadable. When I brought it to their attention, they said "Oh, the printer must be out

The front office staff is less than friendly. I feel like I was double charged for my exam. When I had to call and Make an appt because the contacts I received were not working, toy would have thought I was asking for a million dollars. When I arrived, they had no clue why I was there. The office gal handed me my contacts, in the little container they come in and said thanks. No case to put them in, no solution, no making sure I knew what the Hell I was doing. Next eye exam well be elsewhere.

I've been going to Nielson Eye Care for annual exams for the last few years and they've always been great. Friendly staff, affordable rates, they take my insurance and have modern technology. My favorite thing is the awesome kids waiting room. My kids always want to go with me so they can play there. Highly recommended.
