Lisa is an absolute expert on mortgages. She is always available for any questions and her help goes far beyond the home buying experience. Through the process she truly becomes a friend, and it’s nice having a friend to help during the confusing process of buying a home. Lisa made the whole experience, dare I say it, FUN! She was always timely in her work and her communication is top notch. She explained every step of the process and I felt comfortable the entire time. She explained all the relevant details of the process to us, which was very helpful as first time home buyers. Lisa was also extremely responsive, getting answers to us often minutes after pressing "send"!
