This firm is absolutely horrible! Scammers! Fraud and everything else you can think of. You would think this firm is partnered with the workers comp and working in their favor versus putting in all they can for their client. Kevin is a FRAUD! No fight for his clients at all.

Had an attorney from this firm represent me in a Disability Hearing and he never challenged evidence. Nor did he request supporting documents from my physicians. Just sorta went through the motions. A year later I go with another firm and got approved for SSDI. Nice office though💁🏿♂️

Would not recommend if you're seeking an attorney based on a mental health case. Was told they would work with me once I was denied disability a second time. After my second denial, I spent six weeks trying to contact them, only to finally get a call essentially saying "We're not helping you, find someone else", and by this point my 60 day window to appeal was almost up. Absolutely abhorrent.

Terrible to work with. First attorney said I shouldn't retain a representation because I've already done all the paperwork and to contact them back if down the line I run into issues. Down the line, I run into issues, so I contact them back. Called in Dec, nothing by Feb, there's "no record" of my call....except there is in my system. Finally get another attorney to call me and he says that "any competent lawyer would have had a hearing right away"; speaks volumes about your firm. So I fill out the paperwork so they can get my NY file. After two weeks, nothing. So I email the attorney to make sure
