Today, One Two Tree came to service our home. An ant infestation was discovered and expertly dealt with.
Danny, from the pest control division was alert, fastidious and expert in his discovery, diagnosis and treatment of the problem. He was understanding and kind in explaining our problem and greatly impressed us with his demeanor.

I've use this company's services in the past and needed an updated estimate. On October12 the sales representative came out damaged my gate by forcing it to pull out when he was supposed to push in. His arrogant explanation was first I'm a retire Engineer and I know how the gate should open. Next he said he didn't damage the gate, someone else must have done it. He left the quote and said contact me whether you decide to use the services or not so on October 18 I advised him that I was not going to use there services and how can he was going to fix my fence. No response until I contacted the office

I received a call the other day after using this company for over a year saying they no longer service Port Saint Lucie. They told me people were sick and they didn’t have man power to keep my area. First time they came they burnt my yard so I figured mistakes happen kept them still had weed issues meaning I pulled the weeds but I thought it may take a little time like a year or so to get it right. Then out of the blue I received my call saying they can’t service my area which is near Port Saint Lucie Blvd pretty much near everything. So if I recommended them to you before forgive me

It is a professional company. You do not need to worry about your trees being destroyed or having issues with municipal rules. I have used their service for 10+ years. I have three large trees that grow symmetrically after being trimmed. All should remember, you get what you pay for! Very satisfied!

Started getting the service of Onetwotree because of some major lawn problems. Meanwhile some of my trees are being taken care of as well.
After regular treatments my grass is looking beautiful. My trees survived some disease and are growing nicely now thanks to the experts. These are very professional and dedicated people. They definitely know what they are doing. I am a very satisfied customer since 2017.

This is the second review I have given One Two Tree. I have now used them for several years and the service is just as good as when I started. Derrick is our technician and he could not be more professional and yet polite and extremely knowledgeable about lawn care. I HIGHLY recommend them and if you can, ask for Derrick. I was incredibly pleased with the services of One Two Tree. Everyone from the office employees and the owner, the job foreman and the workers were quick, responsive and thorough. I worked with Jose Ugalde who is awesome! Very professional and always on time. He really takes the time to explain how everything works and is very knowledgeable on what will help. I have been using their service for a few months and the mosquito situation is dramatically better! I recommend Jose and the folks over at One Two Tree. Great job by the crew. They showed up on time with a larger crew, as rain was forecasted. They moved all our personal items out of the way to avoid damage. They did an excellent job of trimming back the trees and hauled away all the debris. There was not a single leaf or branch left for us to clean. And the driveway where they used the chipper was spotless as well.
Can't say the same for the FPL crew that came out earlier in the summer. Those guys broke our light fixtures and left a pile of debris that we needed to clean.

I've worked with 12 Tree for nearly 4 years. It started by saving two foxtail palms located in my front yard (my association was driving me nuts). Anthony who came out mention it would take nearly 1 year to show results. Needless to say 1 year was up and the palms did show signs of recovery. Afterwards I engaged with their pest control services. I love the fact they treat from the outside with minimal interior treatment. Office is reliable and meets my scheduling requests.

MAYBE they are good at trimming trees.....but as far as lawn weeds and pests or fungus, they seem to be clueless or just don't care. They kept saying it takes time. Well, one year later, my lawn is worse than when they started. And even worse than the actual lawn care is their customer service.
When I called to say it seems service was due, they said my contract was up and sorry, too late, so they got a pass to walk away from a yard that they couldn't get right. Plus, ignored my email.
Ugh, so disappointed. Wish I could do NO stars.
