I began renting from them in June 2017 and my tub would not drain. I called numerous times to get it fixed every time maintenance came out they didn’t fix it, and of course I didn’t receive my deposit for that apartment. The maintenance men were saying my neighbor was pouring grease down his drain and I’m thinking well if you know that why don’t… you tell him to stop especially since it’s connected to my apartment, that experience was at Pine Hill apartments. June 2019 I moved out and decided to rent one of the townhouses they owned on West Jackson I was thinking

My husband and I rented from gumtree for three years (might I add never being late on our rent)! The first year was fine, but after that things went downhill! We moved out in November but we continued to pay the rent there because we didn't want to leave and break our lease so we paid our last rent in January and now it's July and I keep asking about some of our deposit but I'm getting a total run around!

Run Away! Chesterville Gardens Apartments is NOT luxury. Nowhere near luxury. Nothing is clean, or new or fresh. The streets outside look like the floors inside. The carpets are worthless. The walls are made of plastic. Everythings painted over. It's obvious there have been no upgrades since construction. Parking is not guaranteed. Strangers can park anywhere. Renters can't even park near their own apartments. The manager's the most absent, unprofessional, person ever. She makes no eye contact. You've been warned.
