We recently had my sister’s wedding here. I had less then 2 months and a strict budget to put together her wedding due to the couples school/work schedule. So this place was amazing. Marcia was super helpful from the first day we met her. She made everything go smoothly and was there the day of the wedding too. She answered texts/calls almost immediately and had suggestions if needed. The place it self didn’t need much alterations/decorations which helped a ton!! I literally only added the decor in front of the sweetheart table and some flowers to the center pieces. That’s what made it so

The owners of this venue are just wonderful! Our former venue closed down last minute and left us stranded and panicked to find a new venue. It was fate that brought us to the lakeside venue at the pioneer! They miraculously had our day available! Every step of the way from there on
was smooth sailing. They were so communicative. The venue is beautiful! Our photos are stunning! Do not hesitate, book this venue!

This is an amazing place! So beautiful! This place is perfect for any type of wedding, indoor or outdoor. They have a beautiful porch with a view of a lake. The picture opportunities are unlimited. The staff are amazing! They will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs! Such a great place to get married whether its an elopement or a full on wedding party!

This venue is absolutely stunning and the owners were very professional.
When we viewed the venue, Marcia took time out of her evening, (not during business hours) to give us a tour.
They provided us with a clear and concise contract, that they properly upheld.
We, unfortunately, could not continue with our wedding plans due to Covid; However, her response was quick and professional. And she issued an appropriate refund in correspondence with the contract.
During the time of working together, Marcia was very prompt with her responses, and very willing to help.
We are very excited to work with

We just had my sister’s wedding here and it was great! Beautiful venue! They provide so many decor options to make your job so much easier. Marcia was great to work with and very helpful. Everyone had a great time. It’s awesome that you can mingle indoors or out during the reception. We are very happy with the venue and the people running it!

The venue itself was very pretty and provided a good ceremony and reception area. The owner stated they would stay on premise in the office during the event. However, they frequently came out to patrol the wedding. Came into the wedding and started cleaning things she shouldn’t have been at the bar. She also came out to berate guest hanging out in different areas of the property which where included one the venue price. She also made a large commotion regarding the alcohol and only allowed a 3 hour alcohol limit even though we had a permit as well as had a police man for security.

After viewing many venues, my daughter chose Lakeside at Pioneer to have her wedding. We hosted it a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about the owners and Lakeside.
Marcia and Tim were extremely helpful in getting together last minute details and small changes. Lakeside was in perfect condition and they have added many small touches since we booked last year.
They genuinely care and want to make sure your special day is truly special.
I think Lakeside has a great future and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or other gatherings.

Had my wedding here and it was FANTASTIC! We were able to socially distance and use the outside seating/fire pits. The venue was beautiful and well lit all through the evening with a great sound system for indoors and outside. Marcia and Tim have made this place a dream and they made getting married there easy-even during a pandemic. I got so many great pictures of me and my man from around the venue and could not be happier!!
