Our office is located in Pasadena, California. The state-of-the-art office is located on the top floor of a beautiful new building near the Huntington Memorial Hospital campus. It was spaciously built to allow for lots of natural illumination and a comfortable, private experience. Called to schedule an appointment. They called and reschedule. Understandable...no problem. Made a new appointment. They called again and rescheduled. Decided to give them another shot since emergencies happen. I made another appointment and they said it worked. Just got off the phone and they rescheduled again. Such poor management! highly do not recommend. 4 reschedules! Horrible

Dr. Panossian was highly recommended by our pediatrician dr. Nagel from LaPeer pediatrics in Beverly Hills when my daughter Lulu fell off at school and cut her upper lip open two years ago. I wanted to take her to ER at first but was told by our pediatrician that with a deep cut on a child's face you need to see a plastic surgeon as soon as possible to avoid possible scars in the future. We can't thank Dr. Panossian enough. We saw him after our daughters ears were a little crunched and rolled at birth. She was almost six weeks old when he put ear wells on her. She just turned 1 and has gorgeous ears. No one would even guess they had been reshaped and while it's scary as a parent to do anything cosmetic at birth, we hoped it would allow her to not be self conscious when she grows older. The fact is after birth is the only time to do ear reconstruction without surgery. Dr. Panossian was friendly and professional and we can thank him enough for his help through a tough decision making

I am not completely satisfied with my eye blepharoplasty. I had to go in twice and I see a third visit in my future... obviously not here. Disappointed.
They eyelids were uneven after the first surgery so I had to go back in and they are STILL uneven. They aren't even slightly off... They are very off. I am more insecure about them now than I was before. I only gave an extra star because a girl I emailed back and forth was kind. The doctor was kind as well but his work was misleading.

I can’t thank Dr. Panossian enough for the life changing surgeries he has done for me. I have NF also known as neurofibromatosis, and have had two surgeries already that have made a tremendous change on my body. I trust him with everything. Very happy with the results from the IPL Laser sun spot treatment as well as Morpheus8 treatment I received from Dr. Panossian. I never mentioned having these treatments to anyone, and about 4-5 weeks later, I started getting so many compliments on my face! "Great look!" "New makeup?" "What are you eating? Dr. Panossian is my hero. I have struggled with NF1 for 40 years. I have hated the tumors that accompany this disease. I have been to other doctors who blundered the removals. I contacted Dr. Panossian last Wed to get an emergency consult appointment for my daughter, when we found out her plastic surgeon at Choc Hospital wanted to do a second surgery ( little toe amputation) on the next day. My son has the genetic disorder Neurofibromatosis 1. We were looking for a Doctor that does a procedure to remove the tumors that grow on the skin. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Panossian and the amazing work that he does. I was born with a unilateral cleft lip & palate and have undergone 4 surgeries related to my deformity. I was looking for a revision rhinoplasty surgery, unhappy with the asymmetric appearance of my nose, due to my cleft. There were also some minor breathing issues and constant sinus problems, too. Dr. Panossian is an excellent and caring doctor. He values his patients and takes the time to answer all their questions. My 3 year old son had a large birthmark on his thigh which extended onto his knee. It needed to be surgically removed. My husband and I were nervous, but after meeting with Dr. Panossian we were no longer worried. The surgery was successful and we are thrilled with the results!! We saw Dr. Panossian for our baby girl's ear well. She was born with a flat left ear. After our referral from our pediatrician, I contacted his office & he saw her the very next day. She wore the ear well for six weeks, with three visits to him (every two weeks). Her ear is perfect now. Honestly, this doctor's office is the most professional and friendly office I've ever been. Many thanks to Dr. Panossian for his service!. He is an exceptional surgeon! My daughter had hemangiomas since she was a baby. We found Dr. Panossian, and we had to travel to LA from another state to see him. He was always so caring and patient. My daughter is 6 now. Recently she needed a surgery on her upper lip scar left by hemangiomas. I did not want her to have a surgery with any other surgeon but Dr. Panossian. As I thought, he did an excellent job! My mom and I love Dr. Panossianand his staff he has done what no other doctor has done for me. I had a hemangioma since I was a baby and my mom was rejected by so many doctors. One day my mom had found Dr. Panossian!!! Finally an amazing caring and sweet doctor that did not question the challenge or reject even the idea of removal. Amazing practice. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were met with smiles and concern. The front staff, the nurses...and of course, Dr, Panossian, all were 5-stars. Dr. Panossian was able to fit us in last minute, and while his office was packed with patients...never once did he rush his session with us. My toddler son was a bit rowdy in the office...but he was only met with adoring eyes. Yay!
