I went in looking for a specific style of earring, and Ben was very helpful in showing a variety and selection. Although there were several beautiful pieces, I decided to get custom gold hoop earrings with an emerald stone attached. Both Lily and Ben were very helpful with the details and options. Throughout the process, I was updated and was able to see the individual pieces before the final earring was assembled. The pictures don't do it justice, but these came out beautifully! Overall great experience and happy to have a great local jeweler. Will definitely be returning for my next piece of

Had bad communication with them when trying to place an order.
They said my order would be done in 7-10 business days, when in reality it took two months.
They didn't even make my piece of jewelry, they used a third party. So I would have had better luck just placing an order online with a more well known vendor.
Was very overpriced; wouldn't suggest them at all.
