At KDA, we strive to create not only well-rounded dancers, but well-rounded people with poise, confidence, discipline, and of course physical strength and endurance. My husband and I took my son to this dance studio on Saturday for the 10-1030 class for toddlers, as a friend of ours had recommended them.
Not to offend our friend, but we were highly disappointed. I know we are facing a hard time with COVID-19 so I was trying to be understanding due to knowing certain norms have changed. Regardless of COVID or not professional behavior and customer service should not be thrown out the window.
We were not greeted at all; instead the instructor simply opened the door and took our son's temperature and grabbed his hand and walked away leaving a locked door behind
