The owner was extremely helpful - a lifesaver! They got me approved when other companies refused to help, and if they did they wanted to gouge me with extreme interest rates, fees, and hidden costs! I'm typically highly skeptical of non-traditional lending institutions but felt at ease doing business with Redwood and Jeff in particular. He was very open and upfront about fees and everything turned out just as he promised - no gimmicks, no hidden fees, and a very reasonable loan fee. This may be the only company of its kind
