Picked up my avid 21fs from Mount Houston Marine on September 24th 2021. There's most definitely something about dealing with a family-owned company versus a giant corporation. The kindness and professionalism along with the attention to detail that the good folks at Mount Houston Marine provided simply is top-notch. Second to none! I don't care if you have to drive a thousand miles to do business with the people at Mount Houston Marine. Trust me. DO IT! It would be worth the trip. Refreshing great experience! Stay safe and God bless.

Just bought my first boat and I have to say I was a little nervous about it prior to calling Mt Houston. Tyler took the time to explain every part of the boat and educate me on proper procedures. I have a strong feeling this will not be my last boat and I will definitely be going back to buy the next one.

Went in to dealership looking for a pathfinder 2200trs. Salesman was a bit condescending. kept saying boat purchasing is not like a car dealership and no negotiation. didn't want to deal. Just my 2 cents...experience was very off with him, did not hit it off well with salesman.
I told the salesman i will look for a pathfinder elsewhere. Salesman said good luck with that since PF are sold territorially and I would need to buy from him.

Attempted to get a price on a new 25' Pathfinder and was unsuccessful due to a rude and arrogant salesman. If his actions truly represent the customer service of this dealership, they will not be in business much longer. The management of this dealership should invest resources to train their employees to treat customers with respect and dignity. I would not buy a boat from this dealership if they were the last Pathfinder dealer around.

I bought a dargel 190 TV from them a few years back. They were very excited to sell a boat but when it came down to a few options that I wanted like hydraulic steering , trolling motor and a few other things they became way less then excited. I have seen lazy people like this in the past that only want to do the options that make them the most money but not necessarily make the customer happy. The prop on the boat wouldn't let the 115 s h o Yamaha turn but 5200 RPMs. After talking to my mechanic at Texas Marine in Kemah and owning five other four-stroke Outboards I do know that motor needs to turn

Appreciate the time danny took informing us about different styles of boats that would best suit our needs and made us feel that he took pride in customer servive above the boat sale...we are just starting the process of shopping for a bay boat and we really want to make an educated decision; understanding that he gave us some tips on what to look out for and made himself available to help in our process. My husband and I are happy we stopped in!
