I would give this company negative stars if were possible. I ordered an oven from Best Buy which they contracted out to Diakon Logistics for delivery and installation. They provided us with a delivery window.between 2 and 6 pm. At 3:40 I get a voicemail saying they are in front of my house and will wait for 15 minutes. I go outside and they were nowhere to be found. After awhile I realize that they wouldn’t be showing up so I went to the Best Buy where I purchased the oven to complain. The owner or anyone has not called me yet, even thiugh they asked for nybinfo to reach out to me, which i supplied, Best Buy got an earful from me tonight about the delivery nightmare, was told they are working on getting a different company that they have received many complaints about deliveries.

Would give 0 stars if possible, had delivery today from Best Buy washer/dryer. they couldn't unhook gas valve, they told me i had to call someone to take care of it, had to do it myself, then they didn't have booties to protect our new carpet, left grease marks all over it, then they scratched the door, no apology, they didnt wear masks, they didnt offer to clean up there mess. They didnt even hook up the washer and dryer, made an excuse to go grab something and just took off leaving me to finish the job, I was livid and want to speak to the owner, There website says they are driven to be # 1 in

Our Bob’s Furniture delivery was a complete mess!! Delivery crew had no idea what they were doing , were extremely rude, didn’t use any booties in carpet flooring ended up all stained with dirt , they didn’t know how to assemble the furniture we felt uncomfortable and scared. We sent everything back and will not buy from Bob’s furniture again , horrific experience.

Independent IC'S stay away from this 3PL, they steal money from your checks with massive fake and bogus deductions, this company is under new management with dishonest leaders and unethical practices. Get your delivery trucks and business somewhere else, there is no respect for your business with Diakon. Good Luck
