I've been going to DR. Tom for about 5 years now and him and his staff have been great. My two kids are very comfortable with him which is important since my 3 year old is very timid of doctors in general. We had recently moved and we weren't comfortable with the results the new dentist provided for my daughter, so we went to Dr Tom for a second opinion. He reassured us that my daughter didn't need the procedure the other dentist recommended and provided an easy and painless solution. Totally accommodating and totally professional. Thank you Dr Tom.

First visit in Jan 2020 was decent. But sadly this office has the worst billing staff I have ever seen. After a year they sill can figure out how to bill our insurance. They want us to pay some crazy fee for their mistakes.
As someone else mentioned the front desk staff turn over is crazy. One woman told me she hated working at the office and could not wait to quit. When she got off the phone with a patient she complained about how stupid the person was. Then another person said she had no idea how to do the billing and told me people were calling the office screaming at her. Who cares if

Excellent Service. I recently had a bridge replaced, after putting this off for many year. My experience was the most pleasant experience at the dentist I've ever had. Dr. Tom was super gentle, patient and caring. Communication was clear and smooth so I was aware of the moment. Even getting the numbing was surprisingly painless, My bridge looks fabulous! 10 out of 10! I am delighted with the results. I usually struggle mentally to go to the dentist, my fear is alleviated with Kevin Tom and wonderful staff.

Wow, 1st visit, it actually was a good experience. Doc was not rushing to keep up. X-rays, found 2 cavities.
Return visit, fixed both and cleaning. Doc let me know neither required novacane. Both were chips, pieces of old fillings that fell out. Fixed both without, and was careful. Assistant did scraping part of cleaning with careful attention. She even did fluoride treatment after cleaning.
Happy to have found Dr Toms! You can tell they care. Last Dentist was awful.
If I do need a big job w/ novacane and drills, root canal or such, they have gas. Not many even have the option

Had the greatest dental hygienist of all time! Thank you Shannon for your exemplary professionalism. You were so kind, gentle and genuine. My gums are in bad shape, yet you found a way to break it to me gently. You suggested a Waterpik to help my gums with better cleaning. You pumped me up and made me feel positive about my gum care. I bought the pik and am looking forward to my next cleaning.

Everything about this dentist and his office has a pain for me. Starting with the hygienist that hurt so very bad and at next cleaning had to request someone else. To the actual work that began with dentist. had a cavity to fill and then would work on switching out old silver fillings to newer white ones. ugh it was a very painful experience and had to go in several times to get it better. but finally it calmed down and didn't need root canal. But the staff are always friendly and the doctor is nice.

Dr. Kevin Tom is a great Dentist! My husband, kids and I have been going with him since 2002. He's friendly, funny and caring. Jessica, the dental hygienist is awesome too! Maria keeps me up to date with all 4 of us and our appointments AND always goes the extra mile to find out what your insurance covers or not. The whole office is friendly and caring!

Dr. Tom is an excellent dentist. He always knows exactly how to put me at ease in spite of my fear of being in that chair. He patiently explains each procedure and what I should expect. I hope he stays in this area for a long, long time but if he moved away I'm sure I would follow him. His staff is also very kind and attentive. Love those reminder calls.

I work in the dental field and ironically I have dental phobia bc of traumatizing past experiences. As a result, I try to be extra careful with my oral hygiene, which is why I haven't had a cavity or any work done in over 10 years. Yay me! This whole past year, however, I was unable to chew on my right side bc I had radiating/dull pain, which I knew must be a cavity! I loaded up on fluoride and was brushing really well in that area and it just did not get any better. I called Maria and told her my concerns, she got me scheduled in a timely manner and was able to accommodate me with my work

I would also concur regarding Dr. Tom's excellent practice. I came to him having had a miserable experience with a previous dentist, and Dr. Tom, in comparison, is an excellent practitioner who is thorough and caring. His dental hygienist is also top-notch. She cleans meticulously and took the time to explain to my husband the principles of what she was doing. They obviously love their work and it shows! Thank you, Dr. Tom!
