We had the company first pressure wash our house, flat roofs, driveway, walkway and fence. They did an amazing job. Our flat roofs were black and moldy- they now are completely white.
They then pressure washed and sealed our big verandah and also did an amazing job. We have had it sealed twice on the past and this time the job was done so much better. The sealant is so good that the patio will stay wet for over a day or more if we do not sweep off the water. Beautiful job- couldn't be happier.

Not a good experience. This company arrived 2 hours late, the technician spent most of his time on his phone walking up and down the sidewalk. Would not recommend. Windows are streaking, many areas of the house missed. Owner couldn’t care less when we approached him about this. Said many people use our company and are happy!

I can’t say enough good things about Heatwave Pressure Washing! I called them in a pinch because I was having my home appraised and I had a ton of filthy concrete between my driveway, patio stones and sidewalk area. They came out and did such an amazing job! Love working with Chris and his team! Communication is quick and easy, they have great rates, and most importantly do an amazing job. Our over-1500sq ft patio was one of the reasons we bought our home... keeping it nice and clean is important to us, but felt impossible on our own.
