Robert G. Alley, Inc. was founded by the late Robert "Bob" Alley in 1973 and incorporated in 1976 to perform and offer; automotive repair service, gasoline, retail sales and towing. In the year 2006, the corporation dissolved all interest in the gasoline and convenience store then known as New Kent Exxon.
The company continues to serve the community 24/7 with local and long distance towing, recovery, lockouts, heavy lifting and load transfers. We have long standing agreements with all motor clubs and proud to have been awarded and recognized as an AAA motor club contractor since 1975. Our founding services have since broadened to offer tire sales and tire repair services.

Called late afternoon and they were out the next morning. Jacked up My RV, pulled off all the wheels and put new tires on the rims and put them back on my RV. They tech was on time, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Bob Alley towing provided me excellent, timely, and professional service in a tough situation.
While on Rt 30 on my way home in the dark, my tandem axle boat trailer right rear spring broke causing the frame to drop onto the two right tires and shredding them. I had two shredded tires, a rear axle that was dragging the ground, one spare tire, and no way to lift the axle. I searched and found Bob Alley, the closest business that could help. All the folks who helped me that night and crew who got me to their shop and then replaced my trailer springs, tires, and bearings were friendly, knowledgeable

Richard was the third tow truck to show up at my house. The drivers would not tow my car because they couldn’t get it into neutral. Richard shows up and within 5 minutes he able to get into neutral. Within 15 minutes he had it on his flatbed. He so knowledgeable, kind, caring and most of all professional. I would recommend him to anyone that have a car with special vehicle towing.
