Dr. Alan is originally from Athens, OH. He attended Wake Forest University prior to dental school at the Ohio State University. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Alan practiced general dentistry in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. After serving in the Navy, he spent two years as an instructor at the Ohio State University Dental School.

They gave me the teeth & the retainer of my dreams! :) Even though I am done with braces & have my retainers, they still check on me monthly or bi-monthly, at appts - to make sure all is well & staying in place! I really pushed wanting braces in the beginning & that is when I realized this is like the most honest office, ever. **Short story warning:** They did tell me, honestly, that I didn't need braces & could have gotten away with an alternate route, such as a straightening retainer. I did try that & was happy when I saw results, but my dream was always the braces. Eventually, they did agree
