Critical: Responsiveness
I called four days in a row and was told that "someone" would get back with me. Well, four days in a row no one has. If it is this difficult to get them just to take my business, what happens when i have a problem they need to address. I fear they would be as responsive as the "someone" who was assigned to contact me.

Probably the worst service i have ever dealt with i have been waiting almost a month just for someone to call me back for an estimate on my property. I think everyone on the payroll should be evaluated for termination for the lack of service and seems like no one runs this place just a single woman answers phone and has no idea what she is doing or talking about or even knows who is supposed to call me back. Honestly dont even think she works there but who knows im just gonna go on week #4 waiting on a phone call for a estimate. Just curious to see how long it will actually take to get this done
