Mike and Anita are the owners and operators of Mikes Towing and Autobody. Anita is a Knoxville, IA native, while Mike moved to Knoxville in 2000. They now have three children attending the Knoxville school system and make their home in Knoxville. Our Diesel Cat expert, welder, and a driver/operator, Mike O., or Owens, is another employee that has been here since the start of the company.

Mike listened to a valid concern I had after my wife hit a deer. Instead of arguing back he offered a refund for a majority of the storing costs for our vehicle. I noticed he was a younger business owner and met him half way and split the cost. This review isn't about the refund but the fact he was kind, honest, and understanding. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need in his area.

I'm so impressed with Mike's towing. We had an incident after the races and while hurrying to get everything in the truck in the pouring rain, my friend accidentally hit the lock button. His 3 year was strapped into his car seat and couldn't reach any lock release buttons. Mike heard what was going on and showed up with 5 minutes. He and another gentleman stood in the pouring rain, with umbrellas until they got the lock. We all literally cheered with relief because of the little guy in the backseat and because those guys came so fast and said nothing about being drenched etc. What

After finding myself in a ditch after hitting some ice while exiting for gas in Kellogg, IA, Mike's was the only towing service that responded to our call. He came from over 40 miles away. Mike also picked my wife and I up from the gas station we were waiting at and drove us back to our car and let us stay in his truck to stay warm while he pulled my car out. Then to make sure my car was drivable he followed me back to the gas station and took a look at the car.
