As the owner of Harrison's, Kevin feels fortunate to have a cohesive team of designers who love what they do and make his business shine. Kevin spent the first half of his career in Chicago doing commercial interiors and still has his Illinois interior design license. His personal style is traditional but becoming more contemporary as time passes.
Mel comes to design via the world of fine art. She owned her own art gallery in Birmingham and then Royal Oak prior to joining Harrison's. Mel's clients often asked her to help them with the rooms in which she was placing artwork, so the move to interiors was very natural. Her projects often incorporate some contemporary elements.

Mary was wonderful to work with. She decorated, and came up with all of the color schemes, furniture, art and flooring ideas for our Real Estate office. Our office looks so classy and professional due to her work and expertise. I would use Mary and this company 100 times over again.

Creativity + Design = Sue and the Harrison team.
Sue took the time to know “me” not just my style before designing my space(s). She listened to my design ideas and worked with me to create casual, living spaces - one where you’re not afraid to sit on the furniture, to feel at home.
What I appreciate the most is Sue’s ability to really listen to my ideas and make them come to fruition. I had a specific idea for a tree hall using a vase I had. I designed the piece and Sue found the engineer to make it. That’s team work!

We worked with Keri in selecting a couch and bar stools as well as the fabric. Her expertise helped to take the pressure off of making a decision I wouldn’t like. The end result of Keri’s vision and expertise is evident in virtually every room in our house. Her understanding of our taste resulted in fabric, window treatment and furniture recommendations that were simply outstanding. It didn’t end there. She also helped us with picture placements and plant purchases! Keri took customer service to a whole new level. Kevin introduced us to a Scandinavian sofa brand called Stressless — the perfect blend of streamlined elegance and comfort. Sue was a tremendous help to us while we were building our condo and also when selecting furniture, etc. We developed a great working relationship.
