Services
One of the most common questions we're asked is: "What do you all do?" Greasecycle collects used cooking oil, refines it, and sources it as a feedstock into the biodiesel industry. We also pump out and clean restaurant grease traps & jet the lines to keep our customers' kitchens clean & odor-free. We render out usable brown grease from the grease trap's mixture of water, food solids, and grease.
Greasecycle helps your restaurant avoid blockages and backups by providing affordable grease trap cleaning & pumping services in Central and Eastern North Carolina. We will pump out your grease trap. Haul the grease trap waste to our state of the art recycling facility where the mixture of grease, water, and food particles are processed into compost and a biofuel feedstock.
Greasecycle provides reliable used restaurant cooking oil collection across North Carolina. We collect and recycle many types of used cooking oil and restaurant grease; including vegetable oil, fish oil, chicken fat, bacon grease & more. While many people view their used cooking oil as a waste, we specialize in collecting it, refining it, and then using it as a feed stock for the biofuel industry.
If you are a grease trap pumper and hauler, we want to partner with you to improve your bottom line! Located just half a mile off 440 in Raleigh, we can receive you grease trap waste 9-5 Monday through Friday. Discharging closer to where the restaurants are located in the Raleigh-Durham region will help you save time, labor cost, and most importantly fuel.
Imagine your grease trap is overflowing into the parking lot and the city comes out and shuts your restaurant down. Losing revenue every minute the restaurant closed. Jetting is a service used to keep drain lines clear of the debris that builds on the sides of the pipe walls. It dislodges material from catching in joints and small bends that could cause a backup.

I have been working with greasecycle for almost a year and have no complaints. James made sure I have ample room for my disposed oil and the regular clean outs of the bins are quick and on time. If you are questioning your services now give them a call. I'm glad I did!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Was not able to do business because the office did not schedule a time for drop off, and did not provide correct contact information. I missed 1 call and they decided they wouldn't do business with us. Very unreasonable and unprofessional. Try somebody else for your sake.

I am rating this one star because I applied for a position they had posted, called every day for 7 days straight, emailed the owner and still no response. JJ the person I spoke with on the phone continued to tell me he (Dylan), the owner would call me back and that never happened.
He explains that the owner is really busy. Which is fine, but returning calls or at least saying no, we have went another direction would be a great idea. So for the 7 days I reach out, its gonna be seven days of reviews. You could have had me on your side.

I am not in need of Greasecycle's service, but I have known Chuck Hackney for 40 years, and as their sales representative, Chuck would not promote a company he did not believe in. Chuck goes above and beyond the level of service a company would expect. Talk with some of his loyal customers, and you will see what I mean.

I don't use GreaseCycle for their services, but my customers do. I have referred business to them and they have always been prompt to call back. While networking in the hospitality industry, I always ask my customers what vendors they use, GreaseCycle's name comes up most of the time, and with great feedback. Keep up the great work.

I would not recommend this company for anyone. I become this company's client couple months ago. Yesterday, My restrauant grease trap backed up because the pump does not work and I called them twice to schedule a pumping service before a technian come to fix the pump for us. They said someone going to call me back, which is never happens.
I have to choose another company.
