Brian D. Liddicoat was born and raised in Santa Cruz County, California. After attending college at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore (BA, 1992), he was admitted to UC Berkeley's prestigious JD/MBA program, receiving a law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, both in 1996.
In a 2-week construction law trial, I represented a contractor against a homeowner alleging more than 30 different defects in construction of a $2 Million mansion and violations of multiple contractor licensing laws. We won an outright victory on every single issue and were awarded a substantial attorney's fee award.

We needed a real estate attorney to help facilitate an easement document to buy a bank owned home. Brian was knowledgeable, very responsive and professional. We checked prices with the big San Jose firms, but you are getting the same knowledge for less by going with Brian Liddicoat. He helped make the document we needed to balance out and be in favor of both parties. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brian for real estate attorney services again.
