In 2006, my wife, Cari, and I purchased Heglund Catering from Mike and Emily Heglund. Mike and Emily have had an extensive career and fantastic reputation in the Willmar area food industry.
It is this reputation that we are looking to uphold, using many of the tried and true recipes that have been so successful for the Heglund's over the years, while still brining new ideas and styles of cuisine that we taught to me at the Art Institute of Minnesota and various other experiences in the culinary field.My eclectic approach to food varies from a goulash hot dish to braised pork shoulder with root vegetables.

Awesome service! Heglund catered our wedding reception this summer. About 125 people. They were always easy to get a hold of and was flexible to fit our needs. All of our guests raved and were impressed with the food and we loved the good variety. 10/10 recommend!

We are from out of town, but called Heglund Catering for salads and watermelon to bring to a party of over 100 people near Willmar. Grant did a great job helping me select from his many salad options. Everything was delicious - the pasta salad and coleslaw were the best I have had! I highly recommend.
