Over the years we have grown in many ways and have transitioned into Cedar One Realty. We are now a full-service brokerage and property management company offering a wide range of services for buying and selling real estate as well as providing rental homes and apartments in the Ohio Valley.

A. It usually takes around 30-45 days from when you get a house under contract to when you actually close. A. You will work with your realtor to come up with an offer that you are comfortable with. Steel Valley Contracting& Maintenance, LLC is located under the same roof as Cedar One Realty and Property Management and works exclusively for Cedar One and our customers on our rental properties as well as outside contracting requests. The full time staff comes with years of experience and a strong work ethic.

I had a great experience with Cindy Freshwater and James Cassidy when selling my house. Mary Beth Freshwater was my selling agent. I can’t possibly recommend her highly enough. From the very first moment of our interaction to the last, she was amazing.
