100% recommend coming here if you need any help with your PC. My PC was stuck on a black screen and I've tried everything to fix it. I was unsure on what else to do so I ended up looking online for places to fix my PC then Device Repair Shop caught my attention. Mainly because of the POSITIVE reviews, I was a bit skeptical about bringing in my PC since I'm not the one working on it but Carol (owner) was very straight forward, she gave me a quote, and she was able to fix it in no time. Excellent customer service/communication and great prices.

This place was known as "The Computer Store" when I was in my late teens/early adulthood.
It would seem the rebranding is due to other devices becoming much more relevant since then. Interesting yet scary little note how much time has went by.
Anyway to the point.
I'm on a google maps review spree and remembered when I was still on the big island someone recommended me "The Computer Store" for a slight adjustment and enhancement to my gaming rig at that point that shouldn't have costed much but I remember paying a lot of money for a small job.
Granted this was my experience in the very late

Device Repair Shop has helped me repair some difficult problems with my computer. My husband is quite knowledgeable himself when it comes to lots of minor or bigger quirks. But sometimes you just need an expert hand to do the work. Over the years this has built trust and I wouldn't go anyplace else but to see Carol and her team. I know I will get my PC back in a short time and everything will be back in peak working condition.
