Clean and neat. For the money spend it was a pretty good deal. It was close to our daughter in Dorchester, so that's what counted for us.
The bathroom was clean. The floors were swept.
There was an off-smell probably from cigarette smoking years ago that should be addressed. Otherwise, the owns were pleasant.

After seeing that Camp 28 was sold out over the weekend, I decided to stay down in Medford instead. Suffice to say, I was a bit worried with the motel selection while doing my research, but settled on this place. It served the purpose as a home-base quite well. The TV was pathetically small, but that's the only real annoyance that I ran across. The internet worked well, there weren't any wild frat parties going on in other rooms during my stay, Everything in the room seemed to be in working order.
