Some of the worst customer service ever and they’re service scheduling is an absolute joke. Long story short, you pay a “monthly fee” for them to come out three times a year…..unless the customer is inconvenienced and calls them. So $70 for them to come out once every four months is $280 for one treatment. What a rip off!!
