At Beyond Family Chiropractic, we are passionate about educating our community about health and healing. We love the opportunity to share information to our community about making healthier choices everyday. Dr. Anastasia will give a 10-15 minutes talk during your business meeting. Topics include decreasing stress, decreasing sick days, increasing productivity, increasing energy, better posture, etc.
Chiropractic is completely natural and non-invasive healthcare. It can, without drugs or surgery, create optimum function of the central nervous system and has been shown to help with ailments that are far beyond back and neck pain. We know from science that the brain controls everything in our bodies.
The Gonstead Chiropractor goes beyond what many chiropractors consider a spinal assessment by conducting a thorough analysis of your spine using five criteria to detect the presence of subluxations. Visualization - Visualization is a way to cross reference all the other findings. Your chiropractor is an expert in looking for subtle changes in your posture and movement which could indicate any problems.
At Beyond Family Chiropractic, we use the state-of-the-art technology to assess each practice member to pinpoint the exact location of their health concerns. Our on-site digital x-ray technology allows our doctor to immediately see the entire structure of your spine. Having these x-ray images is critical in evaluating where spinal segments have misaligned and how these misalignments are contributing to your health concerns.
As mom's body changes and baby continues to grow, more stress is placed on the pelvis and lower back. That is why in our office we see a lot of pregnant moms for the number one complaint of low back pain. The nervous system controls and coordinates every system in our body, including the development of the growing baby inside mom.

Dr. Anastasia is so very personable and knowledgeable. I started going to Beyond when I was about 8 months pregnant and she made the last stages of pregnancy so much more comfortable. I always feel like I am her only patient because she takes her time which is contrary to any other chiropractor I’ve worked with. We were able to get to a point where I not longer had low back pain during my pregnancy and I truly believe going to her regularly made for a quick and beautiful delivery of my baby boy. My baby even had an adjustment when he was about 1 week old. So cool to see! I recommend Beyond Family

Anastasia is incredible!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic work. Her schedule is flexible and she works with when you’re available. She also does great work with pregnant women and babies.
The space is inviting and they spend some time on decor and paint and plants; relaxing, professional environment. Would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Anastasia is the first doctor of any kind that made me feel cared for and hopeful. I almost cried at my first appointment. For years I alone have had to be my own advocate for my health problems. Now I have a Dr. who is an advocate for me too. Dr. Anastasia takes her time with me and on top of the chiropractic care she gives me, she researches, speaks to colleagues when necessary and makes recommendations for me based on my specific health needs. I feel truly cared for.

Dr. Anastasia is the absolute BEST and has changed my life! I used to get headaches almost daily until I became a practice member at Beyond Family Chiropractic. I hardly have headaches anymore and when I do, they are from other stressors such as too much time on the computer, etc. I am so extremely happy we found Anastasia! As a licensed massage therapist I have worked a number of chiropractors but never met one that I was comfortable referring my clients to, that is until I met Dr. Anastasia. Dr. Anastasia's attention and care for details is bar none. My entire family including my children will be seeing her. I love all the diagnostic tests she does before she even considers adjusting you. I've been getting adjusted twice a week for 4 months and still felt the same pain with zero improvements, Dr. Anastasia adjusted me twice and it has changed everything about how I work, carry my body, and my pain subsided tremendously
