I recommend everything!!! Great in store selection!! Cindy and Jessica were very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful, with no pressure to buy. The fact that I just mentioned them by name, as if we were ole pals, sums up how great the customer service is!!!) The only disappointment which is totally out of their control was delays in some shipping, due to the pandemic. We left totally satisfied and feeling like we made new friends!!!! They even gift wrap with a smile!!🍼👏🏻👏🏻

Ordered a FatBrain toy for a Birthday gift as it was well-priced. Heard nothing following the order confirmation for 10 days. Then it was cancelled and refunded as they 'did not have enough stock to fulfill your order'. Would have appreciated a sooner notice as the BDay gift won't be getting to my Nephew now. Poor communication.

Baby Go Round has a very nice show room and everyone who works there is clearly very informed about the products they sell. They also have probably one of the bigger selections in the State. This is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Once they had my money (and a lot of it!) the customer service took a disturbing nose dive.
My mom and I went shopping for a crib set about 10 weeks before my due date. There were two crib sets I liked, one I loved and the one I ordered. Why didn't I order the one I loved? They told me it would take 10 weeks to ship and I just didn't want to cut
