I greatly appreciate all the help my agent provided when I sold my home. I sold my house to move out of state and having my house on the market while I was preparing to move concerned me. Our realtor was Renee McKinney. She was amazing and went above and beyond for us.
We were living in New Mexico and we were wanting to come home. Renee got us the price we wanted on the home we wanted.
At one point, it looked as though it may not happened at all. She told us not worry that she would find another home in the same area for the same price or less. She worked hard to keep things on track, then coordinated with our realtor in NM and our lender here to make it all happen.
There was a misunderstanding with the sellers after closing and she even helped to mediated those issues.
