My sister needed my computer to access the data from her SSD because her computer had shorted. A complication occurred in the process and my computer would no longer charge. Ram's technician's called and told me what happened and that they would replace the faulty parts free of charge enough though the complication that occurred was not related to the process they were performing to fix my sister's computer. Long story short, the Ram technicians were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. If I ever run into any other issues with my computer I will surely bring

My son was looking for a upscale gaming computer, Ian Washburn was the nicest gentlemen to him. He took the time and explained all the multiple facets to a gaming computer. Board, memory, GB, etc...

THIS BUSINESS WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I am a college student who came to them with a broken CPU fan in my laptop that I needed fixed fast. I specifically told them that my CPU fan needed replacing when dropping off my device. After a day I was told that it would cost me $300 to replace the fan and I politely declined the service. However, when I went back to retrieve my device, they charged me $89 for "disassembly and diagnosis" (see attached) even when I told them the issue already. These fees were never disclosed to me.

Absolutely awesome experience. Just went in for a little advice and Eli went waaaayyy above & beyond to help me. He spent hours working on the computer and even kept it over night and dropped it off at my house the next day when he wasn't even working. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with RAM, I would recommend them to anyone seeking computer help!

Great they have walk in service now. I'd expected to leave my tower for a few days but the hardware problem was repaired, bad programs cleaned off and performance tuned up nicely in like fifteen minutes. Awesome they even showed me exactly how the problems were being fixed. Been with them for 15 years . Is nice to know they are always there when computers gets frustrating.
