We are focused on providing premium quality service at an affordable price. We pride ourselves on flexibility, accuracy, and responsiveness, to meet our clients' needs.
If your purchase contract allows time, you are welcome to mail it to 891 Willow Dr, Ste 7, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. If you prefer to hand-deliver, we are available to accept the check during regular business hours. If for any reason we are not available, the mailbox in front of our office door doubles as a locked dropbox - you may place an envelope with "Tripoint Law" written on it inside.
At Tripoint Law we serve home buyers, sellers, and developers across the greater Triangle area including Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, Apex, and Raleigh. We take pride in facilitating accurate and prompt real estate transactions. We also offer the option to conduct a mobile closing, traveling to a location of your choosing to handle the closing, with notarization services included.
