I Needed lettering done for a shirt within a reasonable amount of time. I explained the situation and the sense of urgency. Brothers started they understood and was going to call me when the task was completed. I was approaching my deadline and didn't hear from the company. I decided to call just to find out that they couldn't do the job. I would have respected that if it was mentioned immediately or at least within a day. They wasted my time and I missed my deadline. Not please with the lack of consideration concerning customers.

This is a great company. I just got my Polo shirt and it looks sharp! So professional. I think their gear will make you stand out. The sizes for the Women's Polo are spot on. I am 5'7", 145 lbs and a small fits perfect. Not too loose, not to fitted... just right. A great company to do business with. I highly recommend.

Brothers Screen Grafx is a great company! Our office has worked with them over the past 10 years on various projects from huge banners to screen printed T-shirts, to employee monogramed polo shirts and more. Each and every time Brothers have went above and beyond. There is a constant open line of communication and they work very hard to make sure we are satisfied with everything we order. There have been a few times where we needed to make last minute changes-very late in the game and they were happy to accommodate us. We feel blessed to have this print shop in our community and highly suggest

I created T-shirts for senior night and the end product was amazing! I sent what seemed like 100 emails trying to get the design just right and everyone was beyond patient and understanding. The girls LOVED their shirts and I'll be back!

The vinyl window sign Brothers made for New Avenue Cafe was exactly what we needed. They made it and installed it in quick manner. We've always had awesome experiences with Brothers every time we need something done.

I was not satisfied with the quality of service I have been to other businesses like shirts and ink in Eagleville and the service was nothing like this my vinyl was detaching from my cotton clothing and it was never even worn or washed will never use this company again.
