Sarah is the owner of Wauwatosa Wellness Spa. She is a licensed Aesthetician in Wisconsin and Illinois and was medically trained by a Plastic Surgeon. She specializes in Acne and aging skin. Sarah believes the skin has the ability to heal itself given the right environment. She works hand in hand with her clients through at-home care and in-clinic treatments to achieve their skincare goals.
Wauwatosa Wellness & Spa is like no other! Sarah is very attentive to the needs of your skin and knows just what is needed to make your skin healthy, soft and radiant! Before Wauwatosa Wellness Spa was I had very dry, sensitive skin. I was worried about having skin irritations and/or breakouts when I first went to see Sarah.
Your business and support are very important to us and we strive to provide a specific reserved time for you and only you. We understand that sometimes life happens and adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to give us time to offer that availability to another client.

I would not recommend this business “ Scott - massage therapist “ , please do not get fooled by his online deals especially Groupon , it’s a scam to get you in ...! I feel like I need to share my experience ... I Bought a groupon in October , 2018 , managed to schedule for January ,2019 “ too busy” , missed the first and only appointment , I called to reschedule a couple of weeks later for an additional $25 fee , his response was : “you are no longer accepted in my business “ , possibly based on racial background . No service , No refund , imagine a therapist that is supposed to care

Cute spa next to Wisconsin Garden and Pet. There is street parking, no parking lot. The decor is classy, simple and relaxing. This is not a full time spa that has a receptionist. Each practitioner schedules their own appointments. There are several treatment rooms downstairs and one treatment room upstairs which is used by the owner. I received a massage from Mary. It was so relaxing. I highly recommend Mary for massage. She has a lot of experience. I purchased the three 60-minute thai massage with SCOTT at Wauwatosa Wellness Spa. When I arrived with my PREPAID coupon, he told me the price had changed and that I had to pay double. When I refused to pay double and requested a refund, he said I had to try to get my money back from Groupon. I received no massage and no refund. What a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!

Sarah is amazing! I have gone to her for facials and for a wax (which was painless!). After years of seeing different dermatologists and getting facials at other spas, Sarah was recommended to me by a friend. At my first appointment she spent time with me, listened to my needs, and helped me clear up congested acne ridden skin! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was interested in the unique services that I read about through the website, but when I called, no one answered (even though their hours show as open, and it's 1pm on a Saturday). Even more unusual, the voicemail is outdated, mentioning that any messages will be returned after April 18th (it's May 7th). Then the voicemail mentions calling individual practitioners directly. So confusing. I'm really bummed, as I was looking forward to checking this place out. I'm wondering if this business is still in business, but I guess it doesn't matter now. Such an odd experience

I've been visiting Tosa Wellness for several years, for both facials and massage services. It's a great environment with professional, welcoming staff. They put you at ease and focus on your comfort. I've also found it easy to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, unlike some of the old reviews below.

I agree with the review about the vouchers. I was a new client and purchased a living social voucher. The minute I mentioned I had a voucher they told me they were to full to schedule my appointment in time before my voucher expired and that I would need to then spend more to cover the difference. I cannot believe someone thinks that this is how you service customers and would not allow an extension given the situation. Now that I have read the other review, I realize she is only booked if you mention you have a voucher. I will definitely look at reviews next time before purchasing another voucher
