I highly recommend Longstreet Elder Law. Their service and fee structure are the best I've researched. While we had written a will, we did not take into account issues we needed assistance with medical or protection for our financial needs. Prior to our appointment at Longstreet's office, we were given specific tasks to accomplish to make our meeting both efficient and productive. The meeting went very smoothly with a medical specialist present that understands what is involved with elder care and your needs. We left feeling confident we have good legal instruments in place.

They helped me with my mother's probate process. Kim was very helpful and always kept me informed. When ever we ran into a problem Kim helped us work through it. One thing I would suggest is make an appointment with Longstreet Elder Law & Estate Planning to do estate planning so you don't wind up hiring them to do probate.

We needed to update legal documents after a death in the family and then apply for Medicaid. Through the entire process the team at Longstreet was courteous, professional and compassionate. Kathy and Sara stayed in constant contact with us and kept us up to date with the Medicaid application. The process took about 5 months and at times was overwhelming but the team would always answer my calls or call me back very quickly. We are very grateful we found such a great firm to work with.
