Their craftsmanship is fantastic. Cabinets are well made with beautiful details. The finish on the cabinets needs some work. Our cabinets were installed in 2013. We love the design (which they helped with), but within months of installation, the finish was coming off, especially on the cabinet for the concealed trash can. They were very slow to respond. They refinished that one cabinet and told us they would not do it again. It is now doing the same thing again and calls and Emails are not answered or returned. My advice: get a guarantee on how long the finish will last or go somewhere else!

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Creative and we are very pleased with the design and workmanship. Their installers did a great job and were very thorough. When the counter top company came to install the counter they commented that "whoever put these cabinets in, did a great job, as everything is perfectly level". As a customer, I am pleased that Creative takes the time to "do it right". I highly recommend this company.
