The lady that works night shift have the worst customer service I mean the lady is rude unprofessional hate her life seems like it'.. but hey I'm the blame for staying at this run down motel . Straight drugs and the most nastiest staff ever .. once I check out I will definitely try to contact the owners or whoever over this motel . Do not come here if you have a family or even a decent mindset . Sleep in your car if you have to just avoid this location

A worker there who said her name was “Tamara” on 1/2/22 at 3AM was working and was the rudest, most ratchet, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Anyone who keeps her as an employee is desperate for workers. We checked in earlier on 1/1/22 and they didn’t have our reservation, after almost an hour of finding it they said come back for the key later so when we came back, again they lost the reservation. Another costumer who had a room there tried to stick up for us by telling “Tamara” that they also lost other peoples reservations earlier and she was rude to him so bad that

Do not go here.. bathrooms moldy. men arguing with women every night. None of the wall outlets can hold charger in place. Even heard a woman screaming don't shoot!!! At a man banging on her car window with a gun. Housekeepers are very nice. employees working the desk all have attitudes. If you don't like your job then find a new one. It really should have no stars because one star is to much credit

The door to room 1st given to me did not open with ease, need fixing. Also, damaged draperies in the rooms I have been. The water backing up in the tub while showering. The female workers who do the rooms are sad and have no manners. It takes nothing to answer a question from a female. Your job should not only be about TIPS!
***The front desk staff and the supervisor for the cleaning staff were helpful and professional. *** Another thing why products display at the front desk like a shop? Please do away with that it shows the hotel standard is the pits.
