I'm not sure what is going on. I used their services for several years. For the last month I have called at least once a week if not more. They never answer their phone and have never called me back. I would like to know if they are even in business. I have to give them a very low rating, but would like to change that to a higher one. At least call back and leave a message.

This is an update to my previous review that I should of written long ago. The Asus laptop computer that Redline could never fixed was given to the IT guy at an engineering firm that my brother-in-law is part owner of. His "guy" replaced the hard drive in the Asus and it worked beautifully after that. My daughter is in fact still using that same Asus laptop that Redline couldn't repair. Still going strong several years later, glad it didn't turn into a paperweight...

Couldn't get a hold of anyone and when I finally did they said they could fix my computer no problem then ended up losing all my files.

Took a laptop purchased from them to fix three times and the third time they claimed they had sent it to the manufacturer for a replacement. I had the serial number from the computer and I got the same one back. It also was not fixed. I had a family members IT guy look at it, he replaced the hard drive and works wonderfully. Not an honest company, buyer beware....
Wouldn't trust a computer repair business with no store front either in response to the owner using only my initials on my review....

I called in and asked one question on my Dell laptop, the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful. Also was able to recommend where to go to get a good computer and the brand's I should look for. All in all very greatful for the help and the knowledge he equipped me with.. would recommend this place to everyone....

Just had our laptop in for a problem..not only are Redline Computers nice people
.but highly competent and the service is amazingly fast. I can tell you there are many computer places around but none as professional..

I asked Mike aobut my wife's laptop, whether it was cheaper to fix or just donate it to his computer fund? He was totally honest with me and turned out we saved it for cheap. This is a well ran family business with an integrity level that I can work with. I would recommend all my friends to this place. Good peeps thanks Mike and Dawn!

Mike Hines is awesome to work with. They took my 8, okay...maybe 10 year old computer, and updated to current. Took my hard drive in, they transferred all my photos, all my emails from outlook express, 3 different accounts, all my documents, to the new hard drive. They set up all the email accounts so they were up and running when I plugged it in. That was my nightmare and one of the reasons I have waited so long to update. Photos, documents, storage. Mike spent time with me asking me how I went about various tasks, which enabled him to pull in files that were not automatically pulled in
