At Eye Was Framed, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist. By diagnosing eye and vision conditions early on, our optometrist is able provide treatment options and in many cases restore or prevent vision loss.

After a comprehensive eye and vision evaluation, Dr. Lisa Nadel will discuss the variety of contact lens options with you to select the type that best fits your vision needs and lifestyle.

As an optometrist, Dr. Lisa Nadel offers pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing LASIK eye surgery or other eye surgical procedures. Contact lenses are not an easy solution for every person suffering with vision problems. Some eye conditions make wearing contacts a difficult proposition. However, it does not rule out wearing contact lenses altogether. It just means patients need to discuss options with their eye care provider and obtain specialized hard to fit contacts for their specific vision problems.

Poor customer service. I purchased a pair of Columbia prescription sunglasses from Dr. Nader’s office. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and have purchased two pairs of glasses per year ever since. I took the glasses home and the following day attempted to unfold the arms and it broke off. Didn’t drop them, didn’t sit on them, they just broke! The. Frames were made of flimsy plastic but were far from cheap. I paid $400 and my insurance pain an additional $400 making it an $800 purchase. They tried to get me to take a replacement pair but I was not interested as they are cheaply

I have been a patient at this office for 3 years and I could not be happier. I have been examined by both doctors and feel 100% comfortable seeing either one.
Now for the rest of the staff - where do I start? Each and every one is spectacular. I can not name individuals but they are "special".
I mastered contact lenses through the absolute dedication of several of the staff. Never thought I would be successful, but I am and love wearing my contacts.
I have also picked new glasses every year and with the help of dedicated staff I am happier than ever with 2 new pairs this year.

Best experience ever!! Everyone was super kind and friendly. The staff made me feel very welcomed and the whole experience was quick and easy. This place for me was a hassle. I wouldn’t go back after this appointment. I rather drive back to Lake Worth which is 30minutes away. I never once received a call that my contacts came in. I see, that not everyone is prioritize? I guess, there is a certain type they prioritize. Also, they did not verify my second insurance which I gave in advanced. I spoke to a gentleman and said he will take care of it, not!!! Then ,they wanted me to verify? While, clearly that is unfair if I gave you my insurance way back in advance. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses needs. Both Charles and David are amazing. Charles knew I was off to New York in the morning, and he ran to the lab to get my lenses and assured me that they'd be cut and placed in my existing frames before my trip. He even stated that he would stay late to finish them if need be.
Dr. Nadel is fantastic. Love her attention to detail and genuine concern.

My husband and I decided to visit Dr. Nadel's office and the minute you walk in, you can feel the warm atmosphere. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were so kind. The office is beautiful and serene and more updated than we expected. We both saw Dr. Brittany Degler who was extremely thorough with our vision tests and more than ready to answer any of our questions or concerns. We are happy to make this our Eye care specialist going forward!! Two thumbs up!

Amazing examination by the doctor and personalized experience with her. Everything else was less than even acceptable. Took three weeks to get glasses and was WRONG (still wrong). Under charged then OVER charged. This was YOUR deal sweetie not mine! So take responsibility. Front staff does NOT know what they are doing. Upgrade to mature, considerate, knowledgeable employees would be a strong suggestion here. Had to run three different transactions to get ALL the charges (yeah right) settled. They were very attentive, on time and took their time to answer any questions. Sometimes even with an appointment, companies failed to comply with the time, they were great. Also, once i started choosing the glasses I wanted/needed they were patient with me and took the time to explain all my insurance benefits.

I just finished getting an eye exam and lens fitting for contact. The optometrist I saw was very professional, friendly, and thorough. I was pleased until the very end when I found out they charge $175 for new patient contact lens exams. I have never seen a lens exam for this price. Luckily my insurance covered $60 of it, however this price was not disclosed to me over the phone when I specifically called and asked about the Lens fitting price when I made my appointment. Suggestion-list flat rate prices for your services.

Visited yesterday for an annual eye exam and contact lens fitting. I selected her because she was in network and had positive reviews. The extremely negative review I read did not impact my decision. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Nadel. It was clear that she enjoys her profession, is very knowledgeable, and understands her patients concerns and needs. She spent nearly an hour with me trying to accurately determine the prescription that would give me a good all around visual experience. I am nearsighted and farsighted with astigmatism. Dr. Lisa Nadel and her staff are amazing. Every time I come in they're very helpful and answer any questions I may have. When you're there they make you feel like you're at home and not just a number. Can't imagine going anywhere else. Her staff is very caring, including May, Danny and the rest of the bunch. :)

I have no idea what this "Michael J" or "Jennifer P" are talking about. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Nadel for years. She and her staff are absolutely outstanding! Every public business has their fair share of people that they just cannot please. But I have found through the years that those same people are miserable most of the time and take it out on others.
Do not base your opinion of Dr. Nadel and her lovely practice on the comments of "Michael" and "Jennifer". I don't know these 2 people but they probably have an ax to grind with

Rude Incompetent staff... Would never return to this office... I'll hit all the social media sites with the same message!!! Kudos to "Danny" a desk flunky..he is clueless with how to handle an unhappy client and instead chooses to hang up on you!!! Great job!! NOT!!! The other associate May does not pay attention... And does not follow up as promised... I recently Tried to call and resolve matter and May would not come to the phone... Her counterpart Danny "tried" to handle the matter... They change staff like they change their clothes. Worst communication through staff imaginable. Staff has no clue about products or pricing and literally play phone tag with you to relay information; for it to still be incorrect. Will never come back here ever again. I'm sure you will notice from visit one to the next that everyone will be different. Good luck with this place, not to mention prices are way over priced.

I called the office in advance to schedule an appointment. The secretary was very helpful. The also took my insurance over phone and scheduled me for an eye exam.
The office is beautiful and super clean. Absolutely amazing. I filled out zero paperwork. It was possibly the fastest doctor visit I've ever had. Nadal loves making sure everything is perfect and her receptionists are very helpful. They even helped me pick out my frames.
