Extremely professional, clear, thorough, and communicative service. We have used Hyrum 4 times now (single family, duplex, and commercial office), and every time he continues to impress me. He is communicative, on-time, and detailed with his walk throughs and reports. He will take the time to walk you through his top concerns or observations if you are at the property during the inspection, and will follow up within 48 hours with a complete report color coded relative to severity of the issue. Hyrum is extremely thorough in his inspection, detailed in his final report writing and helpful not only walking through the inspection but explaining how to remedy each issue.
I used him on a house purchase that ultimately fell through due to the enormity of issues and the sellers unwillingness to make any concessions. I'm using him again on a new house purchase that I don't anticipate having any surprises with and I'm comfortable and confident moving forward with the deal because I know Hyrum's inspection will prevent post-closing surprises.

Hyrum is amazing! We are first time home buyers and he took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand way. The inspection report was great as well, as it includes pictures and identifies the different levels or work that could be done (must do now vs nice-to-have, etc.). Definitely recommend!

My experience with Beacon Home Inspection was great. Hyrum was extremely knowledgeable. Let me be present the whole time. Walked through the entire 4 hour inspection with him. He talked and addressed every detail and issue he discovered during inspection. He has all the proper credentials to be a reputable and trustworthy home inspector.
