Needed to get a headlight fixed and the service girls were too worried about going home than actually helping. Website says they are open until 7pm on Saturday, but guess they close earlier than that because I couldn’t get help at 3:45pm. I was told “those are pre-Covid hours” and I would have to come back. Easy opportunity to make a good Customer impression and all I got was attitude. I did have a good experience purchasing a bulb from the Parts department, very helpful.

Worst customer service experience. All I needed was information on a warranty plan that was added to the sale of my mini cooper approximately 2years ago. I needed to follow up on a cancelation of the policy. Geri Alpert from the finance department never returned my phone calls or my emails with the company information. All I needed was the details to a policy they slipped into my purchase price. I also needed to buy a new vehicle. I have owned multiple mini coopers. Due to the lack of response from this location I refuse to ever buy another mini cooper ever especially from this Coconut creek location

I purchased a pre-owed Mini a couple of days ago, from Vista Mini, and had a great experience!! It was a pleasure working with Sam Assissi who was just a super nice person, and pleasant to deal with. Gerri in financing had everything ready to go quickly, and was super efficient and knowledgeable both with financing and with all things Mini! I liked the no haggle, easy going, straight forward buying process. Easy and stress free!!

Vista is above and beyond the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership is super clean and the staff is friendly, kind and so easy to work with. They are also VERY honest. I worked with Carson and he sold me on buying a Mini. He took care of me from A to Z and even gave me his personal cell and told me to call him anytime (and you can tell he REALLY means it). I have purchased over a dozen cars and these guys blow any experience I have had out of the water. Bravo!

Needed some service work on my wife’s Mini Convertible and this place does not fail to impress! From setting the appointment, dealing with my service writer Howie, even grabbing a bite at the cafe. It was a great experience. Even received text updates and a video from the Tech! It’s not like it was a slow a day, they were slammed! Great job Vista!

A wonderful thank you on behalf of my mother Natalie who is very happy with her first time 2020 Mini Cooper S Convertible! She worked with Connie Hawkins who went above and beyond to get the process completed from start to finish.
Connie even continued to follow up after the sale checking to make sure that my Mom was able to get the car clock changed for Daylight Savings Time.

Although I was excited to get a new car, I was dreading the car shopping experience. I was looking to replace my 2012 mini and thought I wanted something else this time around. I test drove 4 other cars and tried to sit down to talk numbers with the sales people at each dealership, only to have them try their pushy sales tactics on me. Regardless of what I thought about the car, they each made me not want to buy from them and I couldn't say "I'll think about it" and leave fast enough! Then I decided just to check out the new version of my mini at Vista Mini where I had service

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! So I was needing to get a couple relays for my 2012 Mini Countryman S. I called Vista and got a price of $50.97 each. So I did a quick Google search and found the Mini of Kennesaw in Georgia had them for. Get this. $18 bucks a piece. With shipping I am getting both for $48. Vista Mini is a huge RIPOFF!!!! I should have known better too. I had a horrible experience with them when I ordered my 1st Mini. That was years ago and I thought I'd give them another chance. Seeing as they are so close and I needed a part. But HELL NO. Kennesaw has the MSRP for these oem

Wow, Amanda C. is amazing, super kind and wonderful. She made our experience today at Vista a fantastic one. Totally phenomenal experience with her and the organization and received an excellent deal on our car. Specially from Frank De Troy and company, they will sell you this "Certified Cars" is worst than buy on the streets from any Joe Doe, they will never assume nothing, is unbelievable that a brand like BMW/Mini have dealers like this: rusty brakes, falling bump covers, total garbage, no mentioned that they sell you the car as "drive for a Store Manager". Stay away real advice.
