My experience, the woman completely ignored me when I told her I had a question and does not seem to be interested in anyone's time who goes in for medication.

I always call to make sure my prescriptions will be ready when I show up, we sit and wait 30 minutes or longer just to get my prescriptions that was supposed to be ready hours before I even show up. It truely is disappointing this is the only pharmacy in Newcomerstown and I've never once had a positive experience. Organization and Communication needs improving!!

Waiting for 45 minutes to pick up prescriptions.
Extremely slow.
Need to get professionals in there that know what they are doing.

I'm switching my Pharmacy because I have waited in the drive up line for over a half an hour AFTER calling and making sure my prescriptions are filled and told they are working on them when I get there. They told me to go through the line again and they would be ready. They also told me my Januvia would cost me over $500 and I only had to pay a copay of around$7. Too many other situations for me to even post.

I've been using this pharmacy for years to get my medicine and never had a problem until now I used to get phone calls when my meds was filled and ready for pickup but I haven't received a call in the last six months.

This pharmacy is pathetic with their timing. i order medication that comes in an enclosed box, pre-packaged. all they have to do is find the box and put my label on it and give it to me. but it takes them 40 minutes of “working on it.” working on what? i don’t live in town and i can’t just wait around in my car for hours on end waiting for no reason. get your act together!! not happy!

Pathetic excuse for a local pharmacy in a small community. I tried to buy Claritan D, which you normally can get from the pharmacist with ID. I just needed on box, wasnt asking for 100 tablets of something. They carry it but require a prescription. How ridiculous to require a doctors visit to get an over the counter medication. The pharmacist cited "problems with drug users" over the years, well thats why you require ID and do the necessary paperwork. I call it lazy and poor service. Id rather not drive 20 miles into New Philadelphia, where every pharmacy carries it, but I certainly will. I think
