My contract said I will have a sitting bench for $7500. I received 8 inches elevation above the ground and every single law firm I’m calling expressed “There is a conflict of interest”. Unfortunately I am not well-connected in this town. I will have to pay the price hopefully you’re not the next one in the line.

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience since good customer service is so rare these days. I called Creech's about getting someone to come to my house and tell me what I need to help my yard drain, fertilize, etc. The person that I spoke to said she would get someone to call me back to schedule a time for a consultation. I have heard that many times and really wasn't expecting a call back. Not only did she call me back within a couple of hours, I appreciated her honesty.. While they couldn't help me right now, I have decided to wait until they can do the work. Thank you
