I am the neighbor of customer and i went outside to find that the owner, Larry, pulled a huge crane on to my lawn so they could cut a big maple next door down.
that crane put very deep ruts into my side lawn. I was going to call the Mentor Police Department and charge him with trespass and property damage when he apologized, said he did not know it was my property, and promised to fix the ruts. Since the damage was already done, I allowed him to finish cutting down the tree with the crane in my yard. That was the week before July 4, 2019. Today is Aug. 1 and it is still not fixed. I have sent four
