First, i want to say that the delivery time was very speedy. But my issue is that what i ordered on the website and what i got are two entirely different things. I’m just a little disappointed that i didn’t get what i paid for.

This by far has been the worst experience. First, I live in Richmond VA. I placed an order online this morning at 9:48am. After the order was placed I received a confirmation email detailing the product and recipient. I just decided to call and spoke with a lady that stated they didn't have the product to deliver. It's 3:00 pm and no one thought to call me, text me, email me etc when the order was placed at 9:48am. The lady also went on to say she had both numbers to contact me and my email address. She also stated that the website shouldn't be up and they only take orders over the phone. HMMM

I live in Florida and wasn't sure who to use for my daughter's birthday flower delivery. Very happy with the arrangement they sent her today and it was delivered within an hour of placing order. The flowers are beautiful and she was very happy and surprised. Well worth the money!
