My Grandson had a blowout on M10 and had no spare. He left the car because of a commitment and called me near Alpena. I called several towing companies before reaching Mid State. Mid State advised me on where to tow the vehicle for service. They were very professional and towed the vehicle to the destination with no incident. Car tire was replaced the next day. Not all emergencies are resolved this well.

I would not recommend this company. Not only are they rude, but they did not send the correct type of tow vehicle and charged my dad $30 to have a tire changed and then charged the insurance company to tow the vehicle to a dealer.
The insurance company scheduled this service and I even called Mid State to make sure they understood the problem with the car. The man I spoke to was rude and didn't want to listen to what I was explaining to him. They knew the tire was flat and the car was possibly not drivable even after the tire was changed. We simply needed the car taken to a dealer for inspection

Dispatcher Tony was completely unprofessional in handling my tow, which required a little special circumstances (which were identified when the tow was requested). Raised his voice several times and demeaned me as a customer with several of his comments over the phone. He also told me one rate then charged me a higher price. Would never use again.

I needed a tow after my water pump blew... I specified I needed it back into my driveway and they sent a flatbed to do it and they were to me in less than 20 minutes. The driver was very nice backed the huge truck into my tiny driveway with cars all over on the road!!! It was great and they did a terrific job!! Highly recommended
