Jeffrey graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Jeffrey immediately began his career as an accountant in a public accounting firm in Toledo, Ohio while studying and completing the requirements to receive his CPA certification. His work focused on family-owned businesses and personal income taxes.

Jeffrey has been my accountant for the last ten years. Through the opening and closing of an LLC and an S-Corp, along with a divorce, Jeffrey has been a trusted advisor and has given me complete peace of mind where my finances are concerned. I found JT Levin googling local accountants after my previous firm closed their doors (after using them for 20 years). So glad I found them. Not only did Jeffrey help me get more organized than ever he also uncovered a large error my previous accountant had made a few years earlier. Although it was an unpleasant surprise we were able to get ahead of the issue and get things corrected before the problem was found by the IRS. Highly recommend using them.

I have been a client of JT Levin & Associates for almost a decade. Jeff manages my personal taxes, as well as an S-Corp, an LLC, complex international income elements, and complex shareholder/equity payout transactions. I've also at different times transitioned more work to him and his team in terms of 'total outsourcing' of all year-round tasks so that transactions on my end are largely wholly handled by his team in the years wherein that type of higher-touch service has been needed. In kind, in years wherein there is more reasonable complexity, he is very willing to be flexible and to be conservative

I had a different accountant for my personal taxes and they were satisfactory. But I was referred to Jeff by my sister when I started my own LLC and it was the best referral I had. I now use him for both personal and business taxes. Jeff is easy to talk to and we're always in the same mindset, so calls and meetings aren't unnecessarily long. His IRS/tax law expertise is excellent. I highly recommend him. I have been a client of his for 3 years as of 2019. His use of an online portal is great also.
