Having grown exponentially from the three-person firm we once were in 1990, we are proud of the "big firm capability, small firm benefits" reputation we have earned over the last 29 years. Dedicated to revitalizing and giving back to our communities, the Warrenstreet team of today includes a like-minded group of 13 passionate professionals that collectively offer decades of hands-on commercial design and construction experience.
While it is certainly important, successful architecture requires much more than just high levels of expertise and professionalism. Services and qualifications offered by competing firms are often comparable, leaving a company and perspective client to subjectively determine "what sets them apart from the rest"?

One of the most commonly asked questions an Architect receives is "What is your Design Process"? While systematic phases are generally the same, perceptions, attitudes, experience and approaches are what make each firm truly unique.
At Warrenstreet we view the design process as a creative and collaborative journey from discovery to delivery, starting most importantly with a relationship built on trust, respect and a mutual understanding of expectations and goals. From a fundamental need to be met or an idea to further explore, each phase builds upon the next with increased commitment and excitement in the pursuit of making the impossible, possible.

Jonathan Halle and the team at Warrenstreet Architects are our heroes! Their leadership, expertise, and generosity made our vision of the Concord Emergency Winter Shelter a reality. Not only did Warrenstreet provide their services free of charge, Jonathan personally recruited his colleagues in the field to join in the effort, many of who agreed to waive all profits or drastically discounted their customary rates. He was a tireless problem-solver who kept the project moving when the inevitable snafus threatened to delay it. CCEH is a very small non-profit trying to do a big job with very few paid
