JAX Express Towing was the only company that had the equipment and expertise to tow my car out of our small garage. My car had an electrical failure and I could not release the parking brake nor put the car in neutral and it had to be moved with dollies. Jason, the driver sent by JAX Express was very personable and professional. He arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation, calculated the correct angles to position his truck so that he could get my car out of the garage without damaging it or my garage. It was an extremely tight fit but Jason was able to fit the dollies onto my car and

We were stuck for about four hours waiting for roadside assistance after our car broke down. We hired Jax Towing and they came within 30 mins as said. Anthony, our driver was very honest and provided his insight on the reason for the break down and took us to a shop nearby which further clarified his assumption. Highly recommend!

This towing company provide great, fast, reliable service, man they went up and beyond to make sure me and my toddler was safe and secure.From beginning to end The, stayed in communication with me.. it said 60 mins it took this company less than 30mins. I was impressed, I had my daughter and just to make sure we are good he follow us to the shop and that was extremely sweet because he could have just left us and be like u guys figure it out. I just want to thank you guys for everything you guys Rock!!!
